We are a small, passionate salon team looking for an experienced, reliable, and warm Beauty Therapist to join us. As a core member of our 3-person team, you will take over a select number of clients to give you an immediate boost, while actively growing your own regular client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident therapist ready for extra responsibility and autonomy in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Care & Treatments: Deliver high-standard treatments including massages, facials, waxing, lash lifts, lash/eyebrow tints, manicures, and pedicures, builder gel and lash extensions
- Client Retention: Welcoming returning clients, taking over established booking slots, and consistently delivering a warm, professional service.
- Salon Operations & Keyholding: Opening and closing/locking up the salon, cashing up, and handling daily reception duties (answering calls, managing bookings, taking payments, responding to client enquiries).
- Retail & Stock Management: Advising clients on homecare products and helping maintain stock levels.
- Salon Maintenance: Ensuring treatment rooms and communal areas maintain flawless standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of in-salon experience required (3+ years preferred).
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable taking on keyholding and operational duties.
- Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Rugeley.
Benefits & Work Details
- Pay: £13.00 – £14.50/hr (negotiable based on experience and additional training).
