Burgerism is a Manchester made concept. We focus primarily on delivery and offer high-quality, freshly made food at a fair price. We have a straightforward menu and aim for perfection every time. Requirements:
Previous experience leading a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong time-management and organisational skills are a must
Leadership skills and the ability to keep your team motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible and able to work late nights
What you'll do:
Set a great example, working hands-on in the kitchen with your team
Keep your team motivated and food quality and standards always high
Work alongside your managers to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and well stocked
Ensure your team receive the correct breaks and manage your staffing levels in response to sales.
