Summary
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team at AG Motors Ltd in Papworth Everard. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service, reflecting our company's dedication to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service teams.
- Support the administration of vehicle service records and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 8am - 1pm
