The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Mechanic to ensure our fleet is safe, reliable and ready for action. You’ll keep downtime to a minimum, lead and train a small team, and support the smooth running of our track.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role
- Confident team leader with training and coaching skills
- Strong focus on safety and customer experience
- Positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly servicing of all karts in line with TeamSport guidelines
- Lead and train the team on kart cleaning and presentation
- Support maintenance of the track and infrastructure to NKA standards
- Follow all operational and safety procedures
