Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions when needed to enhance guest choices
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas to uphold high hygiene standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
- Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolving any issues with professionalism and care
- Follow food safety protocols during food preparation and service to ensure health standards are met
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for guest service is key
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic food preparation is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience adds value to your role
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy

Please note that with regards with hourly rate, you will also be paid a share of the Tronc based on a point system. All service charge paid by Guests go entirely into the Tronc pot and it is entirely distributed to the Team.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
