Lead the Global Expansion of Professional Broadcast Audio Technology

You'll manage and develop sales across South America, Eastern Europe, and Asia Pacific. Your focus will be strengthening existing distributor relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role requiring deep understanding of professional broadcast audio, distributor management, and complex project sales.

Manage and grow existing distributor relationships across South America

Develop new business opportunities in Eastern Europe priority territories

Identify and develop emerging opportunities across selected APAC markets

Build strong relationships with broadcasters, systems integrators, and channel partners

Generate and convert opportunities through consultative solution selling

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses

Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to project completion

Represent Calrec at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Work closely with internal Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information within CRM systems

Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives
Approximately five international trips per year including:

One long-haul trip to South America

Two long-haul trips to Asia Pacific

Regular short-haul travel across Eastern Europe

Additional travel to Calrec headquarters as required

Proven experience selling professional broadcast audio solutions

Experience selling high-value technical solutions into professional broadcast markets

Previous experience selling to Senior Managers/Directors of major accounts

Experience dealing with and controlling system integrators and distributors

Previous experience selling high-value, low-volume, project-based products

Experience selling through tender/bid processes

Strong understanding of international sales channels and distributor management
You must demonstrate strong understanding of broadcast audio workflows, production environments, audio consoles, mixing systems, broadcast infrastructure, live production, systems integration, and professional broadcast customer buying processes.
