Due to continued growth, we are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Care Assistants / Care Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Tower Hamlets.

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Work with children with special needs
- Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support.
- Assist clients with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Support adults, older people, and individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism or complex care needs.
- Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
- Escort service users to medical appointments, shopping, community activities, and day centres.
- Complete care records accurately using company systems.
- Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check (payment options available).
- Able to travel within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
- Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings where possible.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Home Care Worker, Domiciliary Care Worker, or Personal Assistant.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience supporting people with dementia, autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care.
- Driving licence (not essential).
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
