Qualified Dental Nurse Opportunity – Independent Practice, North Plymouth
We are delighted to invite applications for a motivated and caring dental nurse to join our friendly, family-owned independent practice in North Plymouth.

- Monday and Thursday

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
The ideal candidate will assist our dental practitioners and therapists in providing high-quality patient care and support in a professional and friendly manner. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice by assisting with various clinical and administrative tasks.
Some of the expected duties:
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in IT for maintaining digital records and using dental software
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Strong focus on patient care and comfort
