We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team in Corsham. In this role you will take responsibility for leading a team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £600 per week
Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a production team to achieve high-quality results

Monitor KPIs and operational performance

Manage labour, training, and communication within the area

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to motivate and develop team members

Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

Experience in manufacturing or food production environments preferred

Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards
-
Organised, proactive and solution focused attitude
-
Level 2 Food Safety qualification (desirable)
