The Opportunity As an
SDR, you’ll be the first voice prospects hear — driving awareness, curiosity, and interest in one of the most exciting new tech products in HRTech.
You will:
- Prospect and research new business opportunities across multiple markets.
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
- Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach to manage pipeline and performance.
- Share insights that help refine the go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS/HRTech a plus).
- Passion for technology, SaaS, and talent assessment.
- Sharp communication and active listening skills.
- Competitive, self-starter mindset with consistent overachievement.
- Curiosity about AI and the future of work.
