We furnish apartments for property investors. Premium furniture packages, delivered and installed across the UK, sold through the lettings agents and developers who refer their landlords to us.
We started trading in November 2025 and have installed in over 250 properties since. The warehouse is in Dudley. It is a small team, so this role covers a lot of ground.
The job is two halves.
Half your week is the warehouse. You order stock in against the install schedule, check every delivery when it lands, keep the racking and the counts accurate, and pick each job to a written spec so the van leaves with the right pack on it. When a supplier slips a date, you are the one chasing it.
The other half is on the road. You load the van and you run the install. One apartment at a time, anywhere from Manchester to London. Build the furniture, hang the TV, the mirrors and the artwork, dress the rooms, photograph the finished job and leave it at show home standard for the tenant walking in.
Those two halves are one job on purpose. The person who packs the van is the person standing in the flat when something is missing.
What we need
- Hands-on install experience. Furniture, FF&E, show homes, removals, build to rent or fit-out.
- Confident with hand and power tools. You know the difference between dot and dab, plasterboard and masonry, and you fix to it properly. A 55 inch TV coming off a wall is not a snag.
- Full UK driving licence, held two years or more, six points or fewer. You will be driving a 3.5t low loader, so you need to understand payload and load security.
- Proficient with excel. You will be keeping stock and managing the master spreadsheet, and it needs to be right.
- Able to work a full day on your own two hundred miles from base and make sensible calls without ringing us every hour.
- Presentable in front of an investor or a letting agent. On install day you are Aspen Haus.
Helpful, not essential
- Stock control, goods in or purchasing experience
- Warehouse experience, which we can teach
- Happy to use your own car for the occasional small collection, paid at 55p a mile
- You live within reach of Dudley
Hours and pay
- £30,000 a year
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours, based at our Dudley warehouse
- No nights away. A London job means an early start and a late finish, and you take the time back when it is quiet
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Company van, tools and PPE provided
