IT Desktop Support
Location: Twickenham
Salary £30,000 per annum
Monday – Friday alternating between 8am – 5pm and 9am -6pm with 1 hr lunch break.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support technician to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals. To be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and equipment whilst ensuring optimal workstation performance. Interacting with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment.
Ensuring desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file servers and administrative systems. To act as the first line of support for a busy automotive company.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Recognized qualification in IT
Must have 1 – 2 years’ experience of working in an IT department in a desktop support environment.
Comp TIA A+
Microsoft 365 Certified would be helpful
Cisco Meraki familiarization
Some exposure to Windows server 2025, Active Directory, DHCP,DNS
Customer service experience.
Valid Full UK driving licence.
