We are expanding and looking for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to take ownership of their defined territory across Yorkshire!
This is a client-facing, Direct Sales and Territory growth role. You will be responsible for converting qualified Marketing appointments and creating self-generated opportunities into sales of professionally installed home and small business security systems.
If you are confident, target-driven and comfortable working independently, this is an opportunity to build a strong income while developing a long-term career in a growing sector.
The Role
- Attend pre-qualified appointments booked by our internal team
- Generate business within your territory
- Conduct professional in-home security consultations
- Assess and Recommend tailored alarm and camera solutions
- Close sales and carry out the installations
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline reporting
- Represent the company brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ field sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experience in the security or home improvement sector is desirable but not essential
