Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and upselling menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to help wherever possible.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a QSR / Fast Food restaurant or similar environment is a must.
- Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
