We're looking for a full-time Barista to join our team at Little Loaf, our busy neighbourhood café in Redland. If you love speciality coffee, enjoy looking after people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing consistently excellent espresso-based coffee and other drinks.
- Providing warm, friendly service that makes customers want to return.
- Occasionally serving our artisan bread, pastries and seasonal food with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
- Working closely with the wider café team to keep service running smoothly.
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects what The Bristol Loaf is all about.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous barista experience (speciality coffee experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Enjoys working at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is reliable, organised and a genuine team player.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
- Is available to work weekends as part of a rota.
