As we continue to grow and launch exciting new products, we're looking for a talented Content & Social Media Executive to become an important part of our marketing team.
This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule a few posts each week.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, telling real customer stories, showcasing our fantastic teachers and helping shape how families see KSOL.
You'll also have access to the latest AI tools to help you create better content faster.
What you'll be doing
- Planning, creating and publishing engaging social media content.
- Managing KSOL's social media content calendar.
- Creating reels, short-form videos, photography, graphics and static posts.
- Writing engaging social copy that generates enquiries and sales.
- Planning seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
- Supporting the launch of exciting new products.
- Monitoring engagement and responding where appropriate.
- Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements.
- Recruiting parents and pupils for testimonials, reels and promotional videos.
- Showcasing our talented teachers and staff.
- Creating blog articles, website content and email campaigns.
- Carrying out competitor research.
- Using AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.

- Are confident using AI tools or are excited to learn.
