The job
We're looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic General Manager who will manage the venue on Cardiff High Street, working 37.5 hours a week - with a paid overtime scheme. The ideal candidate has experience in Senior Management positions within the hospitality industry. You will be comfortable setting the tone for the guest experience, maintaining operational discipline and team culture, whilst ensuring the venue runs safely, efficiently, profitably and consistently at all times.
The base salary starts at £32,500 pa. Tips range month to month but average around £3.00 per hour, meaning that you can expect to earn approximately £38,500 gross.
Chance & Counters is a young company and there are genuine opportunities to push on and progress too.
Please note that due to the service of alcohol at the site we cannot employ those who are aged under 18.
