We’re now looking for dedicated Full-Time Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team and help us deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our partner hotels.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll work closely with your team and supervisors to ensure rooms meet DCC and hotel brand standards every single day.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
- Ensuring bathrooms are spotless and stocked with fresh amenities
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining all room areas
- Replacing bed linens and towels, and restocking supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost property through the team WhatsApp group
- Greeting guests politely and respecting their privacy
- Completing the “Task of the Day” deep-cleaning focus assigned during briefing
- Returning equipment and preparing your trolley for the next shift
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous housekeeping experience (hotel experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and good time management
- A team-focused and respectful approach
- Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards
