About the Role
At Excel Housing Solutions, we don’t just provide accommodation, we create safe, stable, and supportive environments where people can rebuild their lives with dignity.
We’re currently looking for an exceptional Housing Officer to join our team, someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and help keep our hostels running smoothly day to day.
If you’re the kind of person who notices the little things that make a big difference, isn’t afraid to take initiative, and can offer a friendly, reassuring chat to someone going through a tough time, we’d love to hear from you.
Join us in making a real difference, one conversation and one little thing at a time.
What You’ll Do:
To assist in the delivery of high-quality accommodation-based service to clients that present with complex needs, by maintaining the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
To ensure the safety and security of the building in accordance with established health and safety procedures, take appropriate action as necessary, keeping a log of incidents, damage and danger. Please read the job advert for a full brekadown
