Summary
Join Celtic Care Services Ltd as a Care Assistant in Trowbridge. In this vital role, you will support individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Based in Trowbridge and surrounding areas, your work will directly contribute to our mission of compassionate community-based care. Not only will you be supporting the elderly members of our community, but also a variety of customers that range from young adults who need practical support to End of Life care that families will remember forever because we care about them too. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and report on clients' health status.
- Follow care plans tailored to each individual.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with medication management as needed.
- Promote independence and dignity in all interactions.
- Document all care activities accurately.'
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is vital for this role with your own car.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care.'
- No Experience necessary!
- All of our Care Assistants will be given the opportunity to complete the following;
- Care Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Adult Care
- Go from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant, and a chance to become a Field Care Supervisor!
In return, you will receive the following;
- An hourly pay of £13.80 weekdays and £15.00 at weekends (£22.50 for Bank Holidays).
- Paid travel time.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
