We are looking for an experienced Care supervisor for a care at home service based in Kirkcaldy.
Qualifications
SVQ 3 or SVQ4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Main Duties
Develop effective working Rostering for staff on a weekly basis, circulate to staff
To Manage a team of community based staff
To direct, plan and co-ordinate the effective deployment of community care workers.
Make weekly rota for all staff.
To manage and participate in the out of hours on call rota
To provide cover for absent colleagues in an emergency
Orientation and induction of all new employees.
Ensure staff receives their training and that this is kept up to date.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Pay: From £16.26 per hour
