As a DAS Case Officer, you will manage a portfolio of clients within Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS) and Protected Trust Deeds, guiding them through their financial recovery journey.

Supporting client retention and client outcomes.

Managing and Maintaining a caseload in line with SLA's

Maintaining accurate client records.

Conducting regular financial reviews.

Building strong relationships with clients and creditors.

Identifying and responding to vulnerabilities.

Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
