Job Title: Support Worker

We supply care workers to other agencies, care homes and hospitals.
This advert is for staff being supplied to Domiciliary care agencies supporting individuals in their own home,
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication reminding, personal care - shower and getting dressed.
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social connections and participating in community activities
- Help individuals with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the well-being of the individuals in your care
Qualifications:
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
Note: This position will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the individuals being supported.
