Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead one of our business units. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by developing new revenue opportunities as well as growing the existing streams. Your leadership will shape the commercial vision of the business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure Commercial considerations are front and center of all significant decisions.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development to secure profitable deals.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading sales teams within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and sales metrics for informed decision-making.
- Experience in negotiating complex contracts and closing high-value deals is highly desirable.
The role is based in our newly refurbished office with the option to work 2 days per week from home, subject to the business requirements.
