About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader to join e-bebek UK, a growing retailer specialising in baby, child, family and lifestyle products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
The successful candidate will support daily store operations, lead the team, and help deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high standards across the shop floor
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and product displays are accurate and well presented
- Lead, coach, and support team members, including new starters
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance throughout the day
- Drive sales and support store KPI performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing store procedures when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail leadership, supervision, or team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Reliable, flexible, and available to work weekends
