Willow Rose are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial spaces and rooms. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are well-maintained and presentable for residents and guests.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care home, commercial or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
