Great services don't happen by chance. They rely on people who keep everything connected.
A brand new Oral Health service is launching in Tower Hamlets, helping children and young people develop healthier smiles and better lifelong oral health. As our Administrator, you'll be at the heart of making that happen by providing the organisation, coordination and support that keeps the service running smoothly every day.
You'll work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, supporting clinics, coordinating information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring clinicians have everything they need to focus on what matters most: improving the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families. Your work behind the scenes will have a direct impact on the quality of the service we provide across the borough.
Because you'll be working closely with local schools, partners and communities across the borough, this role is particularly suited to someone who knows Tower Hamlets well and takes pride in supporting their local community.
If you're looking for a role where your organisation, attention to detail and commitment can make a real difference every single day, this is your opportunity.
Keep the service connected. Support the team. Help improve children's oral health across Tower Hamlets.

Experience supporting health, education or community services, using clinical or case management systems, or holding an International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) would be an advantage but aren't dealbreakers.
