We are The Edinburgh Catering Company, a creative and contemporary catering business based in Scotland’s capital and operating across the UK and beyond.
Due to continual growth, we are now looking to add further team members into our kitchen.
From our two purpose-built units in Edinburgh’s South Gyle—totalling over 10,000 sq ft and housing a state-of-the-art production kitchen and tasting room—our team of 30+ chefs, logistics professionals and hospitality experts deliver elevated food experiences with precision, passion and personality.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. This is a rare opportunity to work in an experienced chef team in a well‑equipped, high‑quality kitchen where standards, creativity, and passion for food truly matter.
About the Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food.
- Corporate breakfast prepared in the production as well as cooking to order in one of our prestigious venues
- Maintain excellent standards of organisation, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Support a smooth-running kitchen with a positive, professional attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reputable, high‑quality establishments.
- A current driving licence is required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for great food.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards.
