We're recruiting a Plasterer (Manual Labour) to support building maintenance and improvement works. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone experienced in plastering, reliable, and confident carrying out repairs and general manual labour duties to a high standard.
About the Role:
As a Plasterer (Manual Labour), you'll carry out plastering, repairs, maintenance, and improvement works while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safe working practices, and excellent service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out plastering and general manual labour duties as required
- Completing repairs, maintenance, and improvement works to a high standard
- Following construction methods, health and safety procedures, and site guidelines
- Working effectively as part of a team while using initiative to complete tasks
- Maintaining good communication with colleagues, customers, and supervisors
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service
Requirements:
We're seeking someone practical, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship while following health and safety standards.
You'll Ideally Have:
- Previous experience in plastering or similar construction work
- Good knowledge of construction methods and health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK
- Relevant licences, qualifications, or registrations required for the role must be verified
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience working in housing maintenance or a similar environment
- Previous experience providing services directly to customers
