Bid Support Co-Ordinator
we are looking for a Bid support - Co-Ordinator to be involved in the complete bid life cycle, leading complex bids, and providing expert bid coordination and management to deliver compelling offerings to our customers and help us win business. Reporting to the Bid Director, you will collaborate closely with the wider Bid team and interact with other colleagues involved in technical delivery, business development, commercial, and legal.

A bit more about the Opportunity...:
What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
You will support the bid team at all stages of the process from opportunity assessment through to submission. Supporting the growth of our white-label business process outsourcing. You will own the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires and onboarding questions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts from within the business. You will own the completion of Requests For Information (RFI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and small scale Request For Proposals (RFP). You will be responsible for reviewing larger RFP’s and populating ‘standard responses from bid library.
You will be responsible for scheduling of bid governance meetings ensuring the relevant attendees are available to attend and issuing pre-meeting information and gathering feedback from those unable to attend. You will be responsible for the production of bid governance slideware for governance meetings using the standard templates already in use. You will be responsible for the capture of bid actions, tracking completion and escalating non-completion having attempted to resolve with the action holder.
You will be responsible for Bid status reporting across all active bids. You will own the maintenance and management of the Bid library refreshing out of date library items with current information. You will own the Bid Approval process ensuring correct approvals and inputs gained for each bid.

You have worked for or with a Business process outsourcing company before or been involved in substantial bids.
You will have Past experience involved within the bid process start to finish. You have a Keen eye for attention to detail and detailed orientated. You have Excellent written and spoken English.
You have Strong multitasking and organisational skills. You have Strong communication skills both written and verbal, comfortable with sector specific language and a desire to understand the sectors in which Sigma Connected operates.
You are Comfortable working to deadlines set by buyers with limited scope for renegotiation. You are Comfortable with office packages (most prevalent being Word and PowerPoint). you have excellent Negotiation skills (internal).
