Windsor House Dental has been independently owned and part of the Nairn community for over forty years. With some of our team having looked after patients here for more than thirty years, you feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment you step through the door.
We are Matt and Becky — husband and wife, dentists, and owners of Windsor House Dental. Matt joined the team in 2020 before taking over ownership in late 2023, and Becky joined in early 2025. We've been delighted with the changes we've made — including a refreshed brand that's given the practice a real high-street presence — and with further growth underway, we're now looking for the right associate to join us.
Working here has deepened our own enjoyment of, and passion for, dentistry. Having both made the move from NHS to private practice, we've been able to spend more time with our patients and empower them to make the best decisions for their dental health. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to do the same.
Our practice is predominantly private, with many of our patients on the Highland Dental Plan, and we care for the children of our familes through the NHS. You'll be stepping into an established, well-maintained list rather than building one from scratch, supported by an experienced team. A special interest, or the wish to develop one, would be a plus.
Nairn is a beautiful coastal town with plenty to offer: stunning beaches perfect for a lunchtime walk or run, two championship golf courses, and Inverness just 30 minutes away. We would consider a newer qualified graduate if you are the right fit for our team, however an experienced dentist is preferable. GDC registration and the right to work in the UK are essential.
