Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Display Falconer to lead our Northern hub. Duties and responsibilities will include managing the overall husbandry and training of the birds of prey and managing a small team of display falconers. The primary role is to service bookings which includes visits to schools and care settings, weddings, children's parties and adult flying experiences, static displays, handling displays and flying shows. Experience in working with owls and other birds of prey is essential but training will be given so we will accept novice falconers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the training and supervision of falconry staff and volunteers to maintain high standards of safety and presentation.
- Manage the maintenance of birds’ health and wellbeing in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure all displays meet safety regulations for both visitors and staff while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and integrity.

- Proven experience in falconry or bird handling at a professional level.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative visual storytelling through bird displays.

Pay: £2,000.00-£3,000.00 per month
