Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative
Summary
An exciting opportunity to join our team at Future Rooms, an expanding group of companies who specialise in modular construction, primarily for Garden Rooms, Glamping Pods and Annexe buildings.
This full-time position would be perfect for someone who has manual handling, warehouse or carpentry experience. Any successful candidate will be required to assist with warehouse and workshop operations at our premises in Upton-upon-Severn.
Role
· Helping manufacture our building components
· Loading/unloading deliveries at our premises
· Assisting with deliveries to clients around the UK
· Organising warehouse space to maximise efficiency and safety
· Scope to learn and progress within the company
Essential
· Previous warehouse or manual handling experience
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy materials
· Coachable attitude and ability to show initiative
Desirable
· Forklift licence (counterbalance) preferable but not essential
· Experience working with timber or construction materials
Benefits
· £13-14 hourly rate depending on experience, paid weekly
