We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations within our establishment, particularly in the restaurant and housekeeping departments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency while adhering to food safety regulations.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers by providing excellent service, including upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
- Help manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- High standard of cleaning for public and guest bedrooms

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
