We’re looking for practical, hardworking and physically fit people to join our set build and event install crews, with regular work available from now through to Christmas.
Previous experience working in events, event production, set build, site work or a similar hands-on role is highly desirable. More important, though, is that you’re reliable, comfortable with physical work and willing to get stuck in.
The work is varied and fast-paced. One day you might be loading vans and preparing equipment at our yard, the next you could be out on an event site installing equipment, building fencing, moving kit or helping with a breakdown.
This is a physical, hands-on role, with plenty of lifting and time spent working outdoors. There are lots of hours available for good, dependable crew.
The Role
- Preparing equipment and stock for events
- Loading and unloading vans and trucks
- Installing and dismantling event infrastructure
- Moving equipment around event sites
- Building flooring, furniture, structures, fencing and other temporary equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- General warehouse and yard duties
- Supporting the wider event team wherever needed
You’ll Need To
- Be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual work
- Be reliable and turn up on time
- Work well as part of a team
- Be happy working outdoors in all weather
- Be willing to work varied hours depending on the event schedule
- Have a driving license with 3 or less points
- Be able to get to our base in Altrincham independently, as public transport options are limited
- Ideally have previous event, production, site, warehouse or other practical work experience

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
