About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and creative person based at our Newton Abbot showroom.
This varied role combines marketing with customer service. Much of your day will be spent creating social media content and supporting marketing activities. When customers visit or get in touch, you'll provide a warm welcome, answer enquiries and help them find the right products in our relaxed showroom.
This isn't a high-pressure sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a great customer experience and supporting the growth of the business through marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and scheduling social media content.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Taking product photographs and creating marketing content.
- Welcoming customers and answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Preparing quotations, processing orders and following up enquiries.
- Keeping the showroom tidy and well presented.
- Supporting the team with general administration when required.
About You
You'll:
- Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Have an interest in marketing and social media.
- Be confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Be organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, administration or marketing is an advantage but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Based primarily at our Newton Abbot showroom, with cover at our Heathfield office when required.
