We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a part‑time position with the potential to transition into full‑time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and schedule deliveries to customer's private addresses.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with drivers and customers.
- Prepare sorting paperwork and ensure all delivery documents are accurate.
- Prepare delivery notes, customer paperwork and shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock movements and customer information.
- Update warehouse log and spreadsheets with delivery details.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers and customers to resolve delivery queries.
- Organize and file warehouse documentation.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with general administrative duties.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in warehouse operations or e‑commerce fulfilment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow operational procedure
- Computer skills (order systems, spreadsheets, email)
- Physically able to handle warehouse tasks when required
Working Hours
- Part‑time position (minimum weekly hours can be discussed)

Pay: £12.71 per hour
