Job Summary
Megatim Enterprise Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Operations Team Leader to coordinate daily service delivery and help the operations team provide reliable, efficient support to clients. You will organise workloads, coach team members, monitor performance, and resolve issues that could affect service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily activities of the service operations team.
- Allocate workloads and ensure requests are completed within agreed timescales.
- Monitor service levels, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members and provide regular performance feedback.
- Resolve escalated service issues and coordinate solutions with other departments.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare performance reports.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and service consistency.
Requirements
- Experience in service operations, business support, customer service, or shared services.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and performance targets.
- Familiarity with service-level agreements, reporting tools, or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Relevant business or operations qualifications are desirable.

Pay: £2,800.00-£4,300.00 per month
