Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design and planning of cutting-edge infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and client expectations. Your expertise will drive project success from conceptualization through execution, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, to create precise models and detailed drawings.
- Develop architectural designs through RIBA Stages 1–4, ensuring appropriate information and outputs are produced at each stage.
- Lead and manage the architectural design function, ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.
- Undertake design reviews, technical reviews and design assurance activities
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify that construction aligns with architectural plans.
- Engage in negotiation with suppliers and contractors to secure materials and services that meet quality standards while optimizing costs.
- Prepare documentation for client meetings and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications and Experience
- ARB Registered Architect
- Proven experience in architecture or construction-related roles with a strong portfolio of infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Enscape.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong negotiation abilities to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Revit proficiency
- Experience working through all RIBA stages
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Good technical and site experience
- Collaborative, proactive and looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing practice

Pay: From £50,000.00 per year
