The Practice
ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia, the UK, and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet. Based in vibrant Southwark, our growing studio is sociable, collaborative and inclusive. Our works consists of a diverse portfolio of ambitious urban and landscape projects at a range of scales, working closely with colleagues across Dubai, Shanghai and Australia.

The Role
To deliver on a diverse range of landscape and urban design work, we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Associate or Senior Associate level Landscape Architects to join the team.
You’ll be working on projects all over the world, so a keen interest in diverse regions such as UK/Europe, Middle East, India or Australia will be key.
At this level, you will play a key role in the leadership of projects, delivering innovative and fresh design outcomes whilst leading project teams and shaping a lasting studio culture.
With 10 + years of experience, you’ll be able to:
- Run projects confidently, with strong foundational knowledge of best practice project management;
- Coordinate consultants, manage client relationships, and mentor others in the process;
- Bring a deep understanding of project life-cycles across a diverse range of scales and typologies – you’ll be confident managing projects from concept design all the way through to construction;
- Operate confidently in Revit (essential), and produce excellent visual assets;
- Assist with development of submissions and proposals, and contribute to project design strategy;
- Supervise early career designers, ensuring design quality as they grow their skills;
- Prepare high quality documentation and confidently present to external client groups; and
- Drive regenerative design outcomes in all that we do.
