- Providing a professional, responsive and resident-focused service at all times.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within social housing or housing management and who can work confidently across a varied caseload. You may be an experienced Housing Officer, or a Housing Assistant ready to take on a broader range of responsibilities.
You should have:
- Previous experience in a housing, tenancy or social housing environment.
- Experience dealing with rent arrears and tenancy management.
- A good understanding of housing compliance and property-related matters.
