We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded People Advisor to join our growing People Team. Supporting 17 sites across the UK,you'll work closely with Restaurant Managers and the Operations Team to provide expert HR advice,coach managers through employee relations matters and help create a positive colleague experience across the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From supporting disciplinaries,grievances and absence management to delivering manager training,maintaining HR compliance and contributing to People projects,you'll play a key role in supporting our operational teams and helping our people thrive.

Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites.

Managing Employee Relations cases including disciplinary,grievance,absence and performance management.

Coaching managers on best practice and employment legislation.

Supporting recruitment,onboarding and colleague development initiatives.

Producing HR reports and people metrics.

Supporting the delivery of manager training and maintaining training compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS).

Working alongside the Group Head of People on key People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Building strong relationships with operational teams through regular site visits.
You'll have at least three years' experience in a generalist HR or People Advisor role,ideally within a multi-site hospitality,retail or leisure business. You'll be confident managing Employee Relations cases,have a solid understanding of UK employment law and be passionate about supporting managers to get the best from their teams.
You'll also have:

CIPD Level 3 qualification (Level 5 desirable).

Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between our sites.
