Job Title: Female Specialist Support Worker (Mental Health & Complex Needs)

The Role:
We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and detail-oriented female Support Workers to provide dedicated 1-on-1 support for an individual living in their own home. This role is centered on supporting someone with complex mental health needs, specifically Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) related to hygiene and environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, calm, and structured living space while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Support: Assisting with rigorous cleaning and hygiene routines as dictated by the individual's care plan.
- Emotional Support: Providing non-judgmental reassurance and de-escalating distress with patience and professionalism.
- Daily Living: Assisting with meal preparation, shopping, and accessing the community, while strictly adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Care Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of daily activities and progress.
About You
- Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs or OCD.
- Attributes: You are exceptionally patient, level-headed, and possess a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
- Personal Requirements: Due to the nature of the individual’s health needs, candidates must be non-smokers/vapers.
