Junior Project Support Officer (Administrative Support)
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week with opportunity to agree a working pattern that supports study or other commitments, subject to business need and service requirements.
Location / Working Model
Remote/home-based role, with attendance at online meetings as required. The postholder must be able to work effectively in a remote team environment and maintain regular communication with colleagues.

Purpose of Role
The role will deliver essential administrative and pathway coordination tasks, ensuring accurate data management, timely processing of documentation, and smooth day-to-day operational running.
This is an entry-level role designed to provide structured administrative support across Mprove’s consultancy projects, while offering the postholder development, supervision and exposure to project coordination in a health and care consultancy environment.
Supervision and Development
The postholder will receive appropriate supervision, guidance and training to support them in developing administrative, project coordination and information governance skills.
Key Duties
Core Administrative Support (Primary Focus)
- Upload returned assessments and documentation onto clinical systems
- Maintain and update Microsoft Excel caseload trackers (e.g. activity logs, status trackers, action logs)
- Email communication with Clinical Leads attaching documents to be Quality Assured (QA)
- Complete and issue outcome letters using standard templates
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Data & Information Management
- Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and consistently maintained
- Check data for completeness and escalate inconsistencies
- Support basic reporting by extracting and organising information
Team Support
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Prepare standard documents and templates
- Support coordination of routine project activities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Chase outstanding information (e.g. assessments, responses)
- Send reminders and follow-ups to stakeholders
- Respond to routine queries in a professional manner
Compliance & Governance
· Handle personal and sensitive information in accordance with UK GDPR & confidentiality requirements
- Adhere to internal processes and quality standards
- Ensure documentation is stored in line with governance procedures
Essential Criteria (Key Skills)
· Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
· Confident use of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
· Professional written communication skills.
- Clear written communication and professional email skills.
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to follow processes, templates and escalation routes.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work effectively as part of a remote team.
- Understanding of confidentiality and willingness to complete required training.

- Previous administrative, customer service or office-based experience.
