We are looking for a full time or part time Learning Progress Coordinator to join our vibrant and well-established training company based in Christchurch, UK.
Cordie is an award-winning company specialising in training and capability development across public and private sector organisations. Our areas of expertise include management development, procurement, supply chain, negotiation/influencing and relationship management. We have experienced rapid growth and considerable interest in our unique services, particularly for our apprenticeship provision. In response to this demand, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and diligent Learning Progress Coordinator to join our apprenticeship team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Apprenticeship Team Lead with learner progress reviews, learner administration, database management, purchasing of study materials and processing exam bookings as well as liaising with the wider Cordie team to provide general administration support.
One of your primary responsibilities will be to work with adult learners on a regular basis supporting them through their apprenticeship learning programme.
May involve supporting smaller development projects and/or working with others to ensure larger projects are completed on-time and to satisfaction. Typical projects could include: support of client training/consultancy programmes; OFSTED quality monitoring; market research and support in preparation for audits. Please note that as we continue to grow these responsibilities may be liable to change.
Skills:
Previous office administration and customer service experience is essential. You must possess the capability and initiative to work on a standalone basis, be able to prioritise your workload and work comfortably to deadlines. You will have a good understanding, of general office procedures (such as customer service, record-keeping, filing and data processing) coupled with a good understanding of Microsoft software packages (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity, presenting a professional attitude to all.
Qualifications:
Having a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement & Supply is desirable, however, a willingness to work towards this qualification is essential.
