Caremark Worcester & Malvern Hills is looking for an experienced, compassionate Care Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting three lovely clients with complex disabilities.
You will work closely with these clients in their own homes, providing consistent, person-centred support and helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.
About the role
12-hour shifts, mainly days with occasional nights
Full-time hours available
Minimum availability of two shifts per week
One-to-one support throughout each shift
Clients based in Worcester, Droitwich and Pershore
Comprehensive nurse-led training provided

Experienced in care and confident supporting people with complex needs

Essential requirements

Previous care experience
A full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle, due to the clients’ rural locations
A good standard of spoken and written English
The right to work in the UK

Your responsibilities
Depending on each client’s individual needs, your role may include:
Personal care
Medication administration, once trained and authorised
Meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Supporting social activities and community visits
Light domestic duties
Promoting independence, dignity and choice
Pay and benefits
£12.98 per hour
£25.96 per hour on public holidays
28 days’ holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays
Full nurse-led training for each client’s specific needs
Ongoing support from our friendly Caremark team
