Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, friendly and professional Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients. This role involves providing high-quality nail and beauty services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous experience in within the industry and makeup application is a plus, along with excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including luxury manicures, pedicures, builder gel and gel nails, with precision and care - nail art is a great advantage skill
- Deliver professional beauty therapy services such as luxury facials, body massages, waxing, and specialised skincare treatments
- Apply makeup for special occasions or clients’ preferences, ensuring an impeccable finish
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Making our clients tea, coffee and refreshment's throughout our time with us.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in makeup application tailored to various occasions and client preferences
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Attention to detail to ensure great results in all treatments to the best of your ability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
