We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurants Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality culinary standards
- Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demand efficiently
- Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Background in culinary arts or related fields is highly desirable
- Experience in serving, hospitality, or barista roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational abilities
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
- Previous hotel or bar experience is considered a plus
