Part-Time Barista/All-Rounder – The Roastery, Land's End Coffee, Truro, TR4 9LD
2-5 days per week (depending on your preference) within our operating hours of 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable all-rounder to join our small team at The Roastery - our speciality coffee shop and roastery in Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro.
This is a part-time role providing a really unique opportunity to gain experience or step into the coffee industry. Previous speciality coffee/barista experience is a real bonus, so please do let us know if this is you.
We’re looking for someone who’s up for getting involved in all parts of the day-to-day: pouring our delicious, single-origin and sustainably sourced coffee, prepping and plating our simple brunch menu, providing outstanding service to our customers, packing coffee orders and keeping The Roastery clean and tidy.
Our ideal candidate will have the flexibility to provide holiday sickness cover, both at The Roastery and at our sister cafe, Tehidy Woods Cafe, as needed. During busier periods, there will be scope for additional hours for the right candidate.
A BIT ABOUT US:
Land’s End Coffee was born in Sennen in 2017, roasting beans in a barn on the edge of Cornwall. Over the last eight years, we’ve built a name centred around quality, consistency and sustainability.
Opening The Roastery in Truro was a huge step for us – it’s a space where our customers can enjoy our single-origin, sustainably sourced coffee at its best, and get a feel for what goes on behind the scenes.
