We are looking for a Quality Technician to work within the Quality team.
Reports To: Quality Manager
Day-to-Day Supervision: Quality Manager
The Role will include
- Inspection and measurement of incoming goods.
- Auditing and inspection of finished components
- To assist with decision making regarding quality related issues.
- To assist and drive problem resolution of all types of quality issues.
- To log inspection results and findings
- To communicate inspection results and findings at all levels, within the business and also with customer and suppliers.
The Person:
- Experience in using hand held measuring tools, Vernier’s, micrometres, go-no-go gauges and thread gauges is important but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work unsupervised and to priority work load.
- Able to discuss part quality with individuals in an independent and balanced manner
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Previous quality experience desired
- Automotive industry experience desired
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
